I had a lovely time at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful pools, beach, and well-kept gardens. While the atmosphere was relaxing and the service in certain areas was excellent, I was really disappointed with the restaurant service and the quality of the food. Overall, it's a charming place, but the dining experience needs significant improvement.

My stay at Zuana Resort was quite enjoyable overall. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, and the place was clean with great amenities. The ocean view from our room was truly a highlight. However, I found the food quality inconsistent and it didn't quite match the level of service, which was disappointing. The location was nice, although it required a taxi ride to downtown Santa Marta, making it a bit less convenient for exploring the area.
